Mission agency home and support address: Dear Visitor, My name is Kevin West. My wife, Nozomi, and I work in Japan as missionaries. Our focus is college ministry at Tokai University in Kanagawa prefecture. I graduated in December of 2003 from the University of Arizona with a degree in Japanese Studies. I entered the mission field of Japan in April, 2003. We're working with three Japanese churches, located in Kanagawa-prefecture: Chigasaki, Hagizono, and Hadano, which are part of the OMS-Holiness Conference. The three pastors for these churches are Yoshitsugu Nakamichi (senior pastor), Pastor Kikuchi, and Pastor Sakuraii (Cherry). Please see the websites from the links section. Through working with these churches over the past few years, God opened doors for us to start the college ministry, which now includes a cafe (smoothies and coffee). Please see the homepage: www.j-lodge.com. We are currently discussing plans for a church plant in the area, since the Lord has now brought several college students to know Jesus. Additionally, we are involved in Chigasaki Church's ministry to send missionaries to Myanmar, as well as financially support orphans that are there.
